We are hiring for International BPO for American Airlines Travel process for Gurgaon Location.

PROFILE :

American Airlines Travel Blended Process !!

RESPONSIBILITY:

Resolving queries of the customers related to the bookings , cancellation of flight tickets through chats, calls, and emails.

ELIGIBILITY :

ONLY IMMEDIATE JOINERS CAN APPLY !!

Graduate / Under graduates with minimum 6 months of experience in any International voice / blended process can also apply for this.

Candidate must have excellent communication skills.

SALARY : 28 K in hand CTC 4 LPA +incentives up to 4 k  monthly.

OTHER DETAILS:

5 days working job

2 days rotational off 

Rotational shifts(US Shifts)

Both side cabs are also provided by the company.
