As a Travel Consultant in the First Line support team, you will be the initial point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible assistance regarding their travel needs. Your primary responsibilities include:

Handling incoming inquiries from customers via phone and email
Ensuring a positive customer experience during every interaction
Providing information about our services including flights, hotels, and car rentals
Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
Collaborating with internal teams to improve service quality and support processes
