Job Description

Dear Candidate,

We are looking for field sales role (Business Development Officer-Gold Loan Sales)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Increase fresh leads through field sales.
Identify fresh opportunities to expand the customer base and enhance revenue.
Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Developing marketing plans and achieve monthly sales target.
Cross selling of third-party products and group products to Gold Loan customers.
Conduct branch catchment development activities and generate customer leads and converting them to NCA.

Salary:

Max 2.8lpa

Variable:

Unlimited Incentive, PF & ESI

Locations: Across Madurai, Sivagangai, Ramanathapuram
