Title: Unit Sales Manager
Location: Varanasi
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruiting Agents and providing regular training for selling insurances policies.
- Implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objectives for the channel.
- Achieving the targets assigned and maintaining sound relations with the clients and agent.
- Managing any claims investigations.
- Great Networking abilities.
- Licensing tracking and activation of the agents.
- Maintaining sound relationships with the agents and provide regular product and process training of them.
- Should be target oriented.
Preferred Candidate:
- At least 1 year experience in any sales vertical/agency /insurance product.
- Should be comfortable for field sales.
- Full time graduate/Diploma with 3 years (10+2+3years)

- 5 days working.
- Travelling allowance flat amount with no target against for 6 months.
