Job Description
About the role:
We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented Trust and Safety Associate with strong background in handling explicit, sensitive or disturbing content. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content to ensure compliance with the platform policies, community guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate user-generated contents.
- Content may not be limited to Images, Videos , Text
- Identify, escalate and take action on content that violates platform policies (e.g., nudity, sexual content, violence or graphic material).
- Collaborate with internal teams to flag trends and provide feedback to improve policies and workflows.
Preferred profile:
- Any Graduate & Above
- Minimum 1+ years prior experience working on trust and safety OR Projects with similar scope of work
- Strong understanding of content policies and community standards across digital platforms.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts (APAC, EMEA), 5 Days Working Model

- CTC can go up to 28000 Per Month (Hike basis the last drawn CTC only)
