Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Social Media Video Editor to join our team
and bring our brand to life through engaging social media content. The candidate will be
responsible for editing time-sensitive content, incorporating graphics, music, and transitions while ensuring each video meets high production standards. Strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Edit videos for social media platforms using relevant footage, graphics, and animations.
2. Follow and maintain the visual and design language of the Accedge brand.
3. Add motion graphics, captions, music, and transitions to enhance video quality.
4. Perform colour grading to improve visual consistency.
5. Collaborate with the marketing and content team to understand creative goals.
6. Deliver clean, ready-to-publish videos under tight deadlines.
Tools & Skills Required
1. Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and the Adobe Creative Suite
2. Working knowledge of Photoshop for thumbnail and graphic creation
3. Basic skills in colour grading and sound design
4. Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and design aesthetics for social media
5. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet quick turnaround times
6. Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for video content

Qualifications
1. Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience, preferably for social media platforms
2. A portfolio of previous work showcasing your editing, colour grading, and graphic integration
skills
3. A degree in multimedia, design, communication, or a related field is preferable.
