Position: Senior Recruitment Associate - RPO
Location: Pimpri-Pune
Industry: Manufacturing
Transportation: Company will provide transportation.
Reporting to: Manager RPO.
You will be a full time employee of Taggd (www.taggd.in) and will be deputed on a customer location
Key Responsibilities:
As a full-time employee of Taggd and member of the RPO Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting this global esteemed customer's recruitment needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- As a Recruiter for the Manufacturing and Automobile Industry, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the growth and success of our organization.
- Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- This role demands a deep understanding of the manufacturing and steel industry and the ability to identify and engage with candidates possessing the right skill sets and expertise.
- Key responsibilities include building a robust talent pipeline through various channels, conducting thorough candidate screenings, collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs, and executing effective recruitment strategies for engineering and non-engineering roles.
- You will be responsible to enhance the employer brand, coordinate technical interviews, ensure a positive candidate experience, stay updated on industry trends, and maintain accurate candidate records while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
CTQs:
- Minimum of 2.5 years of experience in the recruitment.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the manufacturing and Automobile industry or a related sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing industry's job market and skill requirements.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close offers successfully.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
