- Job Title: Product Manager SMS (CPaaS) Band: Manager Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with 4+ years of expertise in SMS technology, specifically within the Communication and CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) domain. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and execution of product features and integrations that enhance communication workflows. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless integration capabilities that deliver value to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy: Define and drive the roadmap for SMS within the CPAAS and communication domain, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and customer needs. Market Research & Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors, identifying opportunities that can provide a competitive edge. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams, partners, and customers to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure the successful delivery of product enhancements. Development Oversight: Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure the successful execution of API and UI driven solutions. Customer Experience: Continuously assess and improve the user experience, focusing on ease of use, scalability, and reliability. Product Collaboration: Cultivate and manage relationships with the product management team to facilitate shared goals. Launch & Go-to-Market: Support product launches and coordinate go-to-market strategies, working with marketing and sales teams to promote new features and integrations. Performance Tracking: Analyze performance through KPIs and user feedback to drive improvements and future development cycles. Requirements: Experience: 4+ years of product management experience, with a focus SMS in the communication and/or CPaaS domain. Technical Understanding: Strong grasp of API technologies, SDKs, and various integration methodologies. Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of communication systems (e.g., gateways, messaging, regulations) and CPaaS technologies. Project Management: Proven experience managing complex projects from ideation to execution, including agile methodologies and sprint planning. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and feedback to make informed product decisions. Leadership: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and driving product success. Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying issues and formulating solutions to ensure product quality and innovation. Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related fields (MBA is a plus). Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with communication platforms such as Twilio, Nexmo, or other CPaaS providers. Familiarity with SaaS products, cloud-based services, and enterprise integration requirements. Strong understanding of security protocols and compliance in communication products.,
