Job Description
Key Functional Role
- Procurement of material as per Project requirement.
- Identifying sources and devise procurement strategy.
- Purchase of Civil, finishing and MEP material
- To finalize all Service-related Contract of Civil, Mechanical & Electrical Work.
- Identification of Vendors as per Project requirements.
- To ensure implementation of key procurement Strategies / contingency plans in line with organizational objectives.
- To obtain Offers for Pre -Bid Projects.
Role Summary
- Understanding technical specification and issue RFQ to selected vendors.
- Vendor Analysis
- Prepare and issue RFQ to selected vendors.
- Ensure timely quotation from vendors.
- Finalize Scope of work as per approved Scope Matrix
- Commercial Evaluation & Negotiation for finalization of Service Contracts with available Budget.
- Obtain necessary Approval through approval Matrix.
- Preparation of LOA/ PO.
- Maintain ProjectWise database of Service Contracts.
- Ensure Statutory obligation of Vendor.
- Ensure Timely payment to Vendors.
- Ensure Timely completion of Service Contracts as per Project requirement.
- To obtain offers and support Proposal Team during pre-bid activities.
