We require a HR Head ( Corporate HR ) for a manufacturing company at Bangalore

Position: HR Head

Location: BTM Layout Bangalore

Qualification: MBA

CTC: Maximum gross up to 12 LPA

1.The candidate should have experience in HR Generalist role in corporate level

2.He should have experience in Systems & Policies

A) Defining HR Policies,Implementation

B) Auditing & Refining

C)Hierarchy Implementation & Process

D)Statutory compliance

E) Training & Development

F) Content Preparation & Defining Modules

G) End to end recruitment

H) PMS

I) Pay roll process etc

Working Experience in Corporate HR is required

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
