Candidate must have good knowledge Of Factory Act, Statutory and Buyer Social Compliance in Export Manufacturing Industry. Looking for Personal Matter Like Salary / Wages / Recruitment / Manpower Handling & Hr Policy Management Etc. Also Handle IR & employ training related Hr policy.
He must Have Good Command over English & Computer Knowledge.
