Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle international premium process calls from customer across BPO industries.
Provide exceptional customer service to resolve customer queries and concerns.
Work on an international voice process, ensuring seamless communication with customers worldwide.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and goals.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-1 year of experience in a similar role (preferably).
Excellent communication skills for handling international calls.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends (as per business requirements).
Strong problem-solving skills for resolving complex customer issues.
Basic computer knowledge for navigating CRM systems
Should be comfortable for the work from the office
