Greetings of the day !
Our reputed Client is hiring for Learning Coordinator role:
Shift: 2pm-11pm/6pm-3am shift
NOTE: Should have experience or knowledge on programming languages either Python, Java or C#. Also, should be familiar with cloud platforms AWS or Azure.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team and/or business stakeholders to deliver scheduled specialized training sessions focused on system enhancements, workflow changes, new products or product changes, and policy/procedure changes.
- Collaborate with team and/or business stakeholders to facilitate learning related to our technology and total suite of service solutions.
- Collaborate with team and/or business stakeholders to develop and maintain a globally accessible catalog of training materials such as handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference workshops.
- Qualifications
- Required: 2- 3 years of training experience in a professional setting.
- Industry-related training preferred in software engineering principles and practices. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, C# helpful to connect with learning audiences.
- Desired: Experience with content management, learning management systems (i.e., Articulate Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, WorkDay)
- Desired: Intermediate Office 365 application skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Forms)
