- Managerial Experience in any Franchise Industry preferably in Hotels Industry for 5 or more Years of Experience

- Must have knowledge in end to end , right from booking to payments to all respective suppliers / stake holders in the business

- Must be well versed with Franchise Industry / Hotels chain accounting / taxation / payroll

- Must have Franchise Industry Experience

- Able to design / improve the existing business processes in line with updated govt rules and regulations

- Able to lead the junior team members

Technical Skills:

Microsoft - Excel & Word

Knowledge of SAP / ERP software
