We are actively recruiting for the position of "Assistant Manager HR Ops & Payroll" with a leading client in Shipping Industry

Location - Andheri

 

Roles & Responsibilities- 

  1. Maintaining employees data files for records & HR related activities.
  2. Prepare new joinee Salary structure for annexure
  3. Maintain leave records of employees (like CL & PL, etc.)
  4. Preparation of monthly attendance summary and prepare & maintain attendance register.
  5. Maintain records of allowances like LTA, Medical, Bonus, Leave encashment, etc. for salary updation & maintaining records of the same.
  6. Liaise with 3rd party payroll vendor for processing of Monthly Payroll of all employees.
  7. Preparation & checking of final Bank transfer file & coordination with Finance/accounts department for salary disbursement.
  8. Coordination with Banker for employees accounts opening process.
  9. To upload pay slips into the HRMS platform on a monthly basis.
  10. Preparation of Full & Final settlements of left employees.
  11. To ensure timely submission of online monthly Challans of PF, PF ECR, E.S.I.C.Challan, P.TAX. & deposition of same. To make sure of updating of KYC, employee data updation as required by PF authority.
  12. Coordination with P.F. authority for employees P.F. withdrawal claims & Preparation of monthly documents related to PF Department.
  13. Inform employees about the investment declaration process, and follow up with employees for the investments details & to maintain data payroll software for monthly TDS calculation.
  14. Prepare & maintain quarterly, annually E-TDS return file & coordinate with Finance/accounts department.
  15. Finalizing annual compensation records & issuing Form-16 to employees.  
  16. Preparation of MIS reports related to monthly compensation process & represent to Management. (like Emp count, CTC, Salary MIS, etc.) on monthly basis.
  17. To maintain registers like attendance cum wages register, Leave register,  Bonus register, Maternity benefit register, accident register, HRA register, Inspection book,etc related to shops & establishment.
  18. Should have fair knowledge of labour laws
  19. Handle employee queries on HR operations and payroll process.
