Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Gather and analyze data & information and convert the information into meaningful outcomes & implications.
- Formulate, and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate actionable solutions.
- Take guidance from senior team members to structure ambiguous problems and develop actions.
- Develop presentation materials for senior team members to present results to management team.
- Support the implementation of recommendations in collaboration with other key stakeholders from other functions.
- Synthesize clear takeaways from complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Collaborate effectively with diverse teams to produce the best solution and move people and organizations to act.
- Establish trust-based working relationships with team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred candidate profile
- bachelors degree with 2-7 years working experience, preferably from a similar role. (Fresh graduates with excellent grades from internationally recognized universities are also encouraged to apply. )
- excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is required to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Good knowledge in using MS Office tools such as Power Point, Word, Excel and PowerBI is needed to work effectively in this role.
