Job Description
We are primarily looking for B. Tech + MBA / PGDM passed out students to join our Talent Acquisition (HR) Team & support in various hiring aspects.

What You'll Do
- Source, qualify and match candidates to defined profiles and specific open requisitions across assigned Business Units.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the profiles for which you are searching by forming and maintaining a relationship with hiring managers.
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies
- Own up end to end recruiting right from sourcing till the candidate on-boards.
- Good knowledge of social media hiring.
What you'll need: (Job Requirements)
- Fresher till 3 years' experience in a corporate or agency recruitment role
- Very Good communication skills along with smart attitude to contribute to our Talent Acquisition team.

- Eligibility Criteria:-
o Year Of Passing 2023/2024 Only.
o 10th, 12th , UG & PG Minimum of 60% Through out.
o No Current Backlogs.
o Graduation (UG Course) Should be a B.Tech graduate (Mandatory).
o Post Graduation (UG Course) Should be a MBA graduate (Mandatory).
