Role Description
- Define a framework for measuring the performance of Quality/Training teams.
- Design, implement and monitor the Quality Assurance formats and standards.
- Design, approve, and evaluate all training programs, and training materials.
- Plan and execute strategy for the function to achieve organizational goals.
- Responsible for delivering training in person, virtual or in e-learning mode for manager levels
- Accountable for creating all process & product SOPs including the Quality/training materials.
- To design effective engaging training programs to cater to the business requirements.
- Reviewing, updating and version controlling on SOP.
- Work closely with the operations functions to achieve organizational goals.
- Compiles, analyzes and reports volumes and productivity to the management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activity within your team.
- Responsible for team member development, talent management and succession planning.
- Sets team performance standards using key metrics and monitors the team's overall performance against goals set.
- Monitors and assesses daily workflow and work distribution, reprioritizes as needed.

- Must have strong customer service aptitude with the ability to resolve problems and escalated issues.
Qualifications/Eligibility:
- A minimum of five years financial services or loan operations and 2 years team handling experience in Quality/Training is required.
- Previous management/leadership experience in a Quality/Training setting.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and judgment skills.
- Loan operations experience preferred with knowledge of industry and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with Quality/Training related CRM/Tools.
- Excellent knowledge of basic computer tools (e.g. Excel, Powerpoints etc)
