Job Description

• Flexible for any shifts including India Day & Night shift
• Payroll experience preferred (US)
• Should be able to support the business during peak seasons
• Builds relationships of trust, respect and partnership with client contacts by providing World Class Service
• Identify areas of client dissatisfaction and escalate to Team Leader PR, Payroll Supervisor or Manager Knows significant details of the SLAs and Statement of Work (SOW) SOW and executes to meet their requirements
• Develops and maintains awareness of SAS70 and accountable for compliance at each task performed
• Payroll Processing: Setup for New Cycle, Manual HR Data Entry & Manual Pay Data Entry
• Participates in any special projects for the client and supports the payroll lead, may be expected to contribute in a group level project
• Partners with other India/BU team members for task completions Attends Process
• Knowledge test & refresher trainings Adherence to all ADP India Policy
• Expected to use all the tools & systems provided by business to track & measure performance
