Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Prepare and process patient bills accurately & timely
Handle insurance billing, TPA coordination & claim submissions
Ensure proper documentation & maintenance of billing records
Follow up on outstanding payments from patients & third parties
Coordinate with various departments for smooth billing operations
Resolve billing-related queries & discrepancies
Generate daily, weekly & monthly billing reports
Adhere to hospital billing policies & audit compliance

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate with hospital billing experience

Good knowledge of insurance and TPA processes & hospital billing software

Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
