Role: HTML Developer Location: Mumbai/Hybrid About The Role- As the only company to exclusively design, build and run in-house marketing agencies, OLIVER (part of the Inside Ideas Group) holds a unique position in the market. HTML developer will be responsible for the build and broadcast of high-performing CRM programmes. The candidate will bring strong email developer expertise to deliver best-in-class CRM communications, working on projects from briefing through to activation as part of a multi-disciplinary team including creative, strategy and delivery. Youll be a well-rounded practitioner, comfortable working within existing processes as well as the opportunity to build new solutions and ways of working for new briefs as they arise. Populate, develop, and build responsive / modular HTML emails. Perform cross-client testing. Work with the team to develop personalised emails using live / dynamic content, integrated web content, APIs, and 3rd party apps. Adhere to delivery schedules and deadlines for all communications. Collaborate with team and report to key stakeholders / cross-functional teams to consistently deliver quality communications that support business objectives. Provide sound best practice direction and solutions to email and app campaign related challenges. Identify and promote opportunities to develop more engaging or interactive email using latest techniques and third-party platforms such as Moveable Ink. Identify email campaign related performance, technical issues or insights and feed back into team (creative / design). Support the implementation of new automated email initiatives. Always look for opportunities for improvement in design, development, and process to evolve the email offering. Be confident as a subject matter expert to the team and to client when appropriate its a collaborative environment where your ideas are welcomed.
