Job Description
- As a Test Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Your typical day will involve leading the team, designing and implementing automated testing solutions using Selenium, and evolving more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. Roles & Responsibilities 1 Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium and automated testing. 2 Good To Have Skills: Experience with mobile device/app automation testing. 3 Strong understanding of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. 4 Experience with test planning, test case development, and test script creation. 5 Solid grasp of functional, regression, and performance testing. Professional & Technical Skills 1 Should have 4 years of experience 2 Strong understanding of Javascript Fundamentals including variables, data types, functions, loops and conditional statements. 3 WebdriverIO Framework 4 Experience in Cypress automation 5 Proficiency in using WebdriverIO for test automation. 6 Experience in setting up and configuring WebdriverIO projects. 7 Knowledge of WebdriverIO APIs for browser interaction , element location and assertions. 8 Should have Automation experience in web or mobile testing 9 Has scripting experience working with Cypress or webdriver.io frameworks 10 Should have experience using simulators or emulators 11 Understanding of how web browsers work and their developer tools for debugging 12 Knowledge of TypeScript 13 Knowledge of the healthcare domain is an advantage 14 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,
