Job profile

End users support. (Hardware, Software and Network).
Remote support tool experience. (RDP, Anydesk and Team Viewer) Laptop, Desktop & Printer configuration / troubleshooting.
Softphone configuration and troubleshooting.
VPN configuration and support.
IT asset inventory management.
Vendor management (Hardware, AMC, OEM and others).
Active Directory Users management, Group policy, OU movement.
Microsoft office 365 administration (User ID creation, deletion, rights-permission, exchange admin and licensing etc.).
New Users onboarding and ID creation.
Sophos firewall management.
Escan antivirus administration.
On premises Server maintenance & handling.
Network Switch, Wi-Fi & Access Point device etc. management.
Video Conference support.
Mobile device management. (Android & I-Phone)
