Job Description
Position : Lead - HRBP
Department: HR
Location: Bangalore
Relevant experience : MBA - HR with 3 to 5 yrs of experience in core HRBP role , focusing towards Stakeholder management, Attrition management process, Employee connect, grievance and hands on with MX excel & PPT.

Job role:
The person would the part of the People Solutions Group (HR Team) of Concentrix based at the Pune office. Would be accountable for Business HR and employee life cycle management for headcount of 400-500 employees.

Desired Candidate Profile
Must be Graduate or Post Graduate with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HRBP role.
Strong experience in Employee Grievance and Engagement.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Hands on with advance excel & PPT.
