Greet customers and understand their vehicle service needs through effective communication.
Create and maintain repair orders in the system.
Provide accurate cost and time estimates for recommended services and repairs.
Explain technical information to customers in a clear and simple manner.
Coordinate with technicians to determine the status of vehicle repairs.
Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
Ensure all work is completed within the promised timeline.
Upsell additional services and preventive maintenance where appropriate.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
High school diploma or equivalent; degree or diploma in Automotive Technology or related field preferred.
Knowledge of vehicle mechanical systems is a plus.
