Job Description

Responsible for recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening, short-listing, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, pre-employment referral check-up & rolling out the offer.
Maintenance of Employee records, Employee Master File & Statuary HR Records, ESI and PF Records of employee.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR database/HRMS system.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting and annual appraisals.
- Handle HR documentation including offer letters, employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other official communications.
- Address employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters and company policies.
- - Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication efforts.
  - Monitor attendance, leaves, and prepare reports for payroll processing.
  - Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
