Role: Business Development Executive
Location - Delhi NCR
Exp: Freshers & Experienced


Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify potential clients and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
2.Approach businesses and present Justdial's subscription plans in a clear and compelling manner.
Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable subscription plans.


Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any stream (preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualification: Graduation
Language - Hindi/English fluency required
Bike Mandatory
Working Days 6 days working
Salary Structure
Freshers: 2.4 LPA/3 LPA
First 3 Month - 16700/- in hand
Fourth Month onwards - 21500/- in hand
On completion of 3 months: 15000/- retention bonus
Incentive - 8% flat*(T&Cs)
Experienced (Minimum 1 year experience in field sales) - up to 3.75 LPA (can go up to 4.2 in
exceptional cases) depends upon current CTC.
Incentive - 8% flat*(T&Cs)
Interview: 2 Rounds
1. With HR
2. With Reporting Manager
