    Job Summary The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage department. This role includes managing staff, ensuring quality service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for food and beverage, and the ability to create memorable guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Operational Management Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets. Develop and implement standard operating procedures for service and food preparation. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Staff Management Recruit, train, and manage food and beverage staff. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching as needed. Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork. Financial Oversight Prepare and manage budgets for the food and beverage department. Monitor inventory levels and control costs to maximize profitability. Analyze financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Menu Development Collaborate with chefs to design innovative menus that align with market trends and guest preferences. Regularly review and update the menu to ensure quality and variety. Guest Experience Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction at all times. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience. Marketing and Promotion Develop marketing initiatives to promote food and beverage offerings. Organize special events, promotions, and themed nights to attract guests. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in food and beverage management, ideally in a similar setting. Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including service standards and culinary techniques. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Skills Strong communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software.,
