Relationship manager in AXIS MAX LIFE INSURANCE

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
Conduct sales presentations and product training for bank employees.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
Proven experience in life insurance sales, preferably in bancassurance channels.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
