Quality Analyst JD:

We are Hiring 25 Quality Auditors for our Bengaluru Centre.

 

This profile is to check the performance/Quality of the QC Analysts and give feedback to improve their performance. Below are the details,

 

Role & responsibilities

 

Insurance background (Preferably in claims)

Conduct quality assessments and audits to measure the effectiveness and compliance of Transactions.

Identify areas for improvement in transaction processing, templates, processes and make recommendations for enhancements.

Develop and maintain quality assurance standards, guidelines, and procedures.

Provide constructive feedback, coaching and develop TNI (Training Need Identification)

Monitor and track Transactions & accuracy rates, to identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with team leaders and the Training team to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics and monitor progress against those goals.

Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and compliance requirements related to Transactional Quality.

Generate regular reports and share insights on quality performance, trends, and areas of improvement.

 

Preferred candidate profile

 

  1. Minimum Graduation is a must

 

  1. Minimum 1 year experience as a Quality Analyst

 

  1. 6 Day working/Rotational Week off

 

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
