Roles and Responsibilities

Incumbent will be responsible for relationship building, generating new business opportunities by identification & mapping of Potential Institutional Customers (Hospitality, Premium architects & interior designers) and also be responsible for Product & Brand awareness amongst the Institutional Customers.


1. Identify the Key Potential Accounts for TISVA with key decision makers & influencers of Institutional business mainly Hospitality segment, Premium Architects & Interior Designers. This may include few premium real estate accounts as well.

2. Spread TISVA product & Brand awareness amongst the Identified Accounts and take the necessary approvals to get the Brand approved and the Product specified.

3. Develop compelling solutions to clients requirement (strategic business advisor to the client). 4. Closely Monitor the Competitors within the segment (Market Intelligence).

5. Closely work with the RSMs achieve sales goals and performance requirements through the implementation of revenue building and culture strategies.

6. Ensure Customer Satisfaction and lasting customer relationship.

7. Achieve operational excellence through timely monitoring of results to meet or exceed all financial objectives w.r.t premium builder segment.

8. Responsible for ensuring revenue & margin targets while maintaining the premium orientation of the brand.
