We are hiring urgently for the below job role for a leading chain Chocolate Boutique & Cafe's in KSA.

Job Role - Commi II (Bakery/Pastry)

Job Location - KSA

Roles & Responsibilities -

• Assist in daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet the set standard and serve food ensuring that the highest possible quality is maintained at all the times under guidance from seniors.
• To remove any hazards and make safe any defects in the kitchen or its equipments and report any problems to seniors.
• To keep high standards of personal hygiene, adhere to company procedures in regards to temperature checks, food labelling and dating, cleaning schedules at all the times.
• To be punctual for work and familiar with the opening and closing procedures of the kitchen.
• To be fully aware of all hygiene control and chemicals used in the work place.
• To comply with any reasonable request from your superiors and assist on other sections.
• To be able to work under pressure, for long hours in a heated environment.
• Shows willingness to work, learning everything possible during the period of employment.

Requirements -

• Candidate must have relevant experience with leading Cafe's , fine dine restaurants, 5 star hotels.
• Must have Diploma / Degree from hospitality or culinary school or academy.
• Should have good communication skills
• Previous exp. with GCC countries in similar role will be an added advantage.
• Age must be minimum 25 to 32 years.
