Assist in the preparation of tandoori dishes following established recipes and techniques.
Ensure the quality and consistency of tandoori items, including bread and grilled meats.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate production in the tandoor section.
Learn and apply traditional tandoori cooking methods.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the tandoor preparation area.
Follow health and safety guidelines during food preparation.
