Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

** HIRING FOR DOMESTIC BANKING PROCESS **

** FRESHER ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY **

Customer Support Associate.
Inbound Voice Process (No Sales & No target).
Freshers and experienced both can apply.
Assisting the customers by providing resolution to their problems and fulfilling the queries over the call.
Rotational shift of 9 hours and 1 rotational week-off.
Salary 13k - 15k CTC. (Additional 2k language allowance for Odia)
Languages required Hindi, Bengali, English, Bhojpuri, Maithili, Assamese, Odia (fluency in any two).

Preferred candidate profile:

should be fluent in Oriya with one other language (Hindi/Bengali/English).
Should be minimum 12th pass.
should be comfortable with rotational shifts.
should be available in Kolkata or need to be open to relocate in Kolkata within a week.
