• Major Role & Responsibilities
• Analysing Customer complaints with Quality Tools and implementing Corrective & preventive actions.
• Studying CSR and prepanng CSR matrix as per Customer provided Manual
• Logging Customer Complaint and updating MIS (Quality Alert, Log book, ICA records and followups)
• To suggest improvement plans to customer and escalting through CFT for implementation.
• Coordinating customer audits (Regular process, PPAP, complaints verification). Follow up of W kl for closing & submitting MOM closure evidence.
• Auditing and verifying the implemented action effectiveness
• To ensure work according to SOP's and suggesting improvement in SOP's (If Required).
• IATF documentation
