Job Description
1. Build and Lead Retail Health Team: Recruit, hire, and manage a team of Unit Managers who will be responsible for building and managing the Point of Sales Person (POSP) channel for retail health insurance. Provide guidance, training, and support to Unit Managers to ensure their success in developing and growing the POSP network.
2. Develop POSP Channel: Work closely with Unit Managers to establish and expand the POSP channel across various regions. Set clear targets and expectations for the POSP network and ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively sell health insurance products.
3. Drive Retail Revenue Targets: Take ownership of driving retail revenue targets for the company. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue generation through the retail channel. Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and take proactive measures to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
4. Collaborate with Founder: Report directly to the Founder of the company, providing regular updates on the progress of the retail health team and channel. Collaborate with the Founder to align strategies, discuss challenges and opportunities, and seek guidance to achieve business objectives.
5. Performance Management: Implement performance management processes to track the performance of Unit Managers and the overall retail health team. Set performance targets, provide regular feedback, and coach Unit Managers to improve their effectiveness in building and managing the POSP channel.
6. Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competition in the retail health insurance sector. Develop strategies to capitalize on market dynamics, increase market share, and stay ahead of competitors.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams such as Operations, Marketing, and Product Development to ensure smooth execution of retail operations, effective product positioning, and the development of marketing campaigns to drive retail sales.
8. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on the performance of the retail health team, including revenue, sales targets, market trends, and key metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to the Founder based on data analysis to drive informed business decisions.
