Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate - Global Talent Acquisition, you will take a lead role in the recruitment process for diverse global positions, driving sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement efforts. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to develop effective recruitment strategies, ensuring the acquisition of top talent while enhancing the candidate experience. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter looking to advance their career in a dynamic, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Full-Cycle Recruitment:

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for global roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
  2. Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development:

    • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract high-quality candidates, including passive talent and diverse candidates.
  3. Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand talent needs, provide guidance on best practices, and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
  4. Candidate Engagement & Experience:

    • Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication, timely feedback, and a streamlined hiring process.
  5. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting:

    • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to assess performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
  6. Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives:

    • Drive efforts to enhance diversity in the candidate pool and ensure equitable hiring practices.
  7. Mentorship & Training:

    • Provide mentorship to junior team members, sharing knowledge on recruitment best practices and processes.
  8. Market Insights & Strategy Development:

    • Stay informed about global talent trends and market conditions, using insights to inform recruitment strategies and improve talent acquisition efforts.
Qualifications
**We are looking for someone willing to work from 2-11pm IST or 4pm-1am IST, Pick up and Drop service available. Hybrid role***
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a global or multi-regional context.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools; strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
  • Communication & Relationship Building: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
