Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales performance by achieving targets, identifying opportunities, and providing excellent customer service.
Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication and product knowledge.
Maintain store appearance, ensuring it remains organized, clean, and visually appealing.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Handle cash handling responsibilities accurately and efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-5 years of experience in retail jewelry or related field (non-jewelry experience also considered).
Strong understanding of gems, gold, jewelry products, and their features.
Excellent communication skills for building rapport with customers.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards common objectives.
