Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship management with existing clients.
Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry to drive sales growth.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for home loan sales.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-3 years of experience in Home Loan Sales or related field (freshers can apply).
Strong understanding of mortgage products, including interest rates, terms, and conditions.
Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and negotiation.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
