We are looking for Billing Executive for Radiology healthcare

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Executive to join our RCM team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely claim submissions, payment posting, and denial management, with a deep understanding of US healthcare billing, especially radiology services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform charge entry and claim submission for radiology services rendered.
- Validate and verify patient demographics, insurance details, and CPT/ICD-10 codes.
- Post payments (ERA/EOBs) and reconcile with accounts.
- Handle claim rejections and denials with proper follow-up.
- Interact with clients and internal teams for resolution of billing-related queries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of billing regulations, payer policies, and compliance standards.
- Generate daily/weekly reports on claims submitted, payments received, and outstanding AR.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent.
1 -3 years experience in medical billing (preferably US Healthcare).
Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS codes related to radiology.
Familiarity with claim submission software, clearinghouses, and EMR/EHR platforms.
Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare privacy regulations.
Proficient in MS Excel and RCM tools.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance payer rules.
Familiarity with denial management techniques and appeal procedures.
