Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. To lead the Phlebo fleet and manage day to day manpower planning.

2. To handle operations related tickets and timely resolution of the same

3. To have best patient/customer centricity & improve customer experience.

4. Maximize Serviceability and Slot availability

5. Own the operations metrics such as on time sample collection, Fulfillment, TAT adherence.

6. Drive growth via corporate partnerships operationalization like health camps etc.

7. Leveraging Apollo pharmacies for cross pollination such as diagnostics growth

Must Required

1. Min. Graduate.

2. 3+ years of operations experience in a startup

3. Healthcare experience will be preferred

4. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

5. Good Analytical skills with high computer proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power point) and related business and communication tools
