Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing.
- Responsible for UAN generation and linking.
- Handle PF non-refundable advances and settlement processing.
- Address and resolve employee queries related to payroll and statutory compliance.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting.
Preferred candidate profile
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Prior experience in payroll processing is an added advantage.
