Job Description

Greetings !!

We are hiring for Jr. Purchase Officer (Minimum experience required 2-3 Years)

Graduate freshers are also welcome (BE/Btech/IT qualified are not suitable for this role)

Location - Dombivali, Mazagaon, Vashi

Role & responsibilities

PO Creation in SAP (as per the class)
Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery
Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
Hands-on experience with purchasing software (e.g. SAP, ERP etc.)
Better understanding of MS Excel
