Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and adept at managing schedules, travel, and confidential matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools (Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
