WE ARE HIRING FOR OUR MNC CLIENT COMPANY FOR THE ROLE OF " OPERATION HR EXECUTIVE" WHICH WILL BE ON 3RD PARTY PAYROLL @ MUMBAI LOCATION.

Job Description:
- Assisting end to end Payroll, Statutory & Labour Law Compliance activities for Group companies
- Responsible for Leave & Attendance Management
- Assisting for Audit & Inspections
- Responsible for sharing all Compensation & Benefits related reports
- Coordination and follow up with HR Vendors & employees
- Responsible for Data & MIS Management
- To execute and implement HR projects within the organization as an when required with the Team
QUALIFICATION & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
- Post Graduate (HR) with minimum
- 1 to 3 years of work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deal people politely, willingness to learn and demonstrate enthusiasm
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS office
