The Executive Leadership Development Specialist supports the Senior Specialist in driving the Executive Leadership Development and Succession Planning Agenda, supporting the definition, deployment and ongoing management of new products and owning BAU relevant processes.
They will deliver leadership assessment and inform development activities and programmes that generate a significant shift in leadership capability and drive and oversee BT wide succession planning process and support People Culture BP s and other key touchpoints with advisory and upskilling.
