Setup Laptops and peripherals and test advance hardware issues and software issue including network connections.
Install and test Laptop software applications and internet browsers.
Test Laptops to ensure proper functioning of Laptop and other IT Peripherals.
Train end users on usage of computer hardware and software.
Experience with:
Laptop/Desktop Hardware.
Windows 11, Mac OS.
Application Softwares like MS Office, Ticketing software (Fresh Service ), Adobe ,Microsoft Teams , VPN Clients , Browsers , Hardening etc.
Configuring LAN/Wi-Fi Network.
Preferred Certifications:
Microsoft Certification
Cisco Certification
ITIL Certification
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Must have)
Education & Experience:
A bachelors degree in computer science engineering, networking or any other related field.
5 8 years of working Experience as a Desktop Engineer.
ITIL v3 certification/experience preferred.
Job Duties:
Work on tickets on ticketing System.
Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network and server management.
Knowledge of Backup, Patch Management, Antivirus Management. (Good to have)
Active directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, O365, Teams.
Network hands-on (Good to have)
