Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via phone calls and chats in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-1 years of experience in an International BPO environment (blended process).
Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
