Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Notice Period: Immediate joiners or max 15 days
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (USA timing)

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound leads, qualify them, and schedule initial appointments.
• Serve as the first contact for high interest leads.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups targeting cold or lukewarm prospects with personalized approaches.
• Achieve performance metrics in outreach volume, follow-up rates, and lead conversions.

Skills:

• Experience in SaaS, SaaS test automation, and sales.
• Strong communication and proactive engagement capabilities.

Shifts:

• USA Shift: 19:30 to 4:30 AM IST (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST)
