Job Description
- Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Financial Management: Track and report on budgets, forecast financials, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Reporting: Create and present comprehensive reports to executives, providing insights and updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with executives, program managers, and other stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and assist mitigate risks and issues across the portfolio to ensure successful program and project delivery.
- Tracking Mechanisms: Develop and implement tracking mechanisms to monitor progress across multiple programs and projects.
- : Work closely with program managers to ensure portfolio goals are met and resources are effectively utilized.
- 5 years minimum experience in portfolio management.
- 8-10 years of experience in project management.
- Experience managing technology infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Excellent report-building and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with executives and other stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop tracking mechanisms and manage multiple programs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
- Experience in a similar industry or sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
